About The Executive Assessment
The Executive Assessment (EA) is an alternative test to the GMAT. It is a 90-minute multi-stage computer adaptive test. This means that the following questions you take would be dependent on the answer to the previous question. The computer adaptive portion of the test is similar to the GMAT. The EA is a 90-minute test that consists of 3 sections: Integrated Reasoning, Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning.
The Executive Assessment focuses on testing business-relevant skills. It does NOT require you to spend time on extensive preparation for rule-based mathematics and English grammar correction that would not be used in a business context.
Most busy candidates are able to achieve adequate performance on the test with 4-8 weeks of preparation while holding full-time jobs.
